  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and sale items marked as non-refundable cannot be returned or exchanged.
